The registered business is responsible for actions taken through its users, roles, and credentials.
Feature updates
We may add, improve, or retire features as part of product maintenance and platform evolution.
2. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals
Pricing and plan features are based on your active subscription and may vary by billing cycle.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use MarbleTrack lawfully and responsibly.
Lawful activity
Do not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful actions.
Credential safety
Protect login details and report suspicious account access immediately.
Data quality
Your organization remains responsible for inventory data accuracy and operational decisions.
4. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
We target high availability, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party provider issues.
Maintenance windows
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access as we improve reliability and security.
External services
Certain features may rely on third-party systems. Outages in those systems may impact related functions.
5. Intellectual Property
MarbleTrack software, design assets, and documentation remain proprietary. Subject to subscription compliance, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MarbleTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Customers are responsible for validating operational outcomes and maintaining internal controls.
