Bulk Import and Export Workflow

How to move inventory in and out of MarbleTrack quickly using XLSX/CSV templates, exports, and migration checks.

Bulk import is the fastest path for legacy data migration and recurring updates.

Use the sample template

Download the sample file first. It shows the expected headers and helps you avoid failed imports caused by renamed columns or blank required fields.

Map rows carefully

Check SKU, warehouse, category, stock count, and custom field values before uploading. Clean data on the spreadsheet side saves time and reduces rollback work.

Export for auditing and backup

Use exports when you need to review movements, hand data to an accountant, or create a vendor-ready backup before major stock adjustments.

After import, validate totals

Compare aggregate stock, warehouse counts, and dead-stock reports after every bulk import so issues are caught before the next dispatch cycle.
