A complete first-day setup guide for marble and tile dealers, from company creation to your first inventory item.

Most teams can get to a usable live workspace in less than one hour.

1. Create the company and team structure

Start by adding your company profile, team members, and warehouse locations. Keep the structure simple on day one and add more branches as teams are comfortable with the workflow.

2. Add inventory manually or via import

You can enter a few items manually or bulk import hundreds of rows with the sample template. Make sure SKU, size, material type, warehouse, and stock columns are mapped before uploading.

3. Standardize naming and tags

Use consistent names for color, finish, thickness, and grade so search results stay reliable. Consistent metadata also improves custom field reporting later.

4. Start QR operations

Generate QR labels for a batch, print them on durable stock, and scan them from the warehouse floor to update stock movements instantly.
