Google Drive Sync and Backup Strategy
Set up Google Drive sync for off-site backup, shared exports, and long-term inventory snapshots.
Connect the account once
Use the Google Drive connect flow from the dashboard to authorize access. After the account is linked, MarbleTrack can write exports or inventory snapshots into the selected Drive folder.
Choose file or folder strategy
You can sync to a fixed file for overwrite-based backups or point the system at a folder to keep versioned exports. Pick whichever matches your audit process.
Use sync with operational checkpoints
Run sync after large imports, monthly close-out, or a warehouse reconciliation pass so the Drive copy reflects the current operational state.
Track failures early
If Drive auth expires or a file is renamed, re-connect from the dashboard and resync before the next scheduled export.
